Samantha Harer was a young, well liked 911 dispatcher in a rocky relationship with a local police officer before her unexpected death in February of 2018.
In a case reminiscent of the Drew Peterson case from just down the road, Samantha's reported suicide seems to raise more questions than it answers in what is now considered a closed case. But has the Thin Blue Line begun to unravel as a city mourns and a cop remains on paid leave.
